ScrapAWhile Hostess Club
What is it?
The Hostess Club is where ScrapAWhile Customers can earn free product from our retail store by hosting their own crop night or class. You don’t have to clean your house, organise food or even worry about the invitations – we do all of that for you.
How does it work?
1. You choose a date and time for a crop or class that suits you (prices vary so you are able to choose to suit your budget).
2. You invite your friends to come along to your event. You can choose to do this by either giving us a list of emails and we’ll email the details to your friends or we can print personalized invitations with all the details! The date must be set 1 month in advance for printing and emails to be scheduled and completed on time.
3. Guests can then have 3 weeks prior to your event date to make purchases– these transactions must be paid in full by the close date in order to qualify for your event.
4. Guests must present their printed invitation or email invite at time of purchase to be included in your Hostess Club. Guests may shop as often as they like during the Show period even after the invitation has been turned in…guests should provide their name at checkout and we’ll add their receipt to their invitation.
5. You must have a minimum of 5 people attend (including the Hostess)
6. Tea, Coffee and nibbles will be provided by ScrapAWhile at your event.
Terms & Conditions
Hostesses may host as often as they like during the year and may book special dates in advance so that holidays, birthdays etc. are covered.
Hostesses will receive a hostess gift selected by ScrapAWhile plus their rewards (see below)
Purchases must be made at the store (not online) and do not include class or crop registrations prior to event but do include fees associated with your event.
Guest and Hostess purchases may not be returned or refunded AFTER the show has been closed and free product awarded. Return/Refund policy is “ALL SALES FINAL” which is different from the ScrapAWhile’s Store policy. Please consider this policy when making purchases. ScrapAWhile’s product is sold in NEW/Unused condition and becomes the responsibility of the customer at time of purchase. Damage incurred after purchase is responsibility of the customer/purchaser and not ScrapAWhile’s.
Good on product available IN STORE at time of scheduled event time period.
Hostesses will receive a ScrapAWhile Giftcard to be used for purchases in the store.

$200-$399-receive 10% of Show total & ½ off 1 reg. priced item
$400-$999-receive 15% of Show total & ½ off 2 reg. priced items
$1000 and up receive 20% of Show total & ½ off 3 reg. priced items
